Lease Options
6th Dimension Apartments offers two different lease options for a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom. You may choose from a 6-month or a 12-month lease agreement. A deposit is required upon move in and is the same price as the monthly rental amount. The following are the current lease rates:
6 Month Lease 12 Month Lease
One Bedroom - 720 sq. ft $975 $925
Two Bedroom - 905 sq. ft $1050 $995
Three Bedroom - 1,200 sq. ft. $1,250 $1,195
Garages are available, and are an additional $75 per month.

Trash service is included. Tenants pay electricity, water/sewer and gas. No smoking and pet friendly with restrictions.
